Because our Tallow Products are made with natural ingredients, they can be sensitive to temperature changes during shipping. In warmer weather, your product may soften or melt, while in colder months it may arrive a bit firmer than usual. While we can’t control the weather, rest assured the quality remains just as good.
If your tallow arrives slightly melted, simply place it in the fridge for a short time and give it a gentle stir. The whipped texture may change a bit, but it will still be just as nourishing and effective. If your product arrives fully liquid, please reach out to our customer service team—we’re always happy to help make it right.
Each of our products is handcrafted in small batches, so slight variations in texture, color, or scent are completely normal—and part of what makes every jar unique.

We do our best to process, package, and ship all orders within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been handed off to the post office, estimated delivery time is typically 2–6 business days.
